WHAT THIS IS
An automated archiver that reads and preserves Sikh Kirtan recordings and related
documents (articles, publications, and reference material) published on the public web.

WHY
We are building proper royalty flow for Kirtanis and their Parivaars, so the artists
behind these recordings can be found, credited, and paid. We also preserve at-risk
archives — older Sikh audio and documents that are decaying or in danger of
disappearing from the web.

HOW WE CRAWL
Read-only. We never sign in, submit forms, or change anything on a site. Our requests
are rate-limited and gentle by design — a polite trickle, not a flood — and they
identify themselves honestly with the User-Agent:
